Below is a bit more information about me and how I came to be doing this work .
I didn't start out with the goal of becoming someone who blends psychology, Ayurveda, and intuitive energy work. I’ve just been taking each next step along my path, trusting that eventually the whole picture would make sense.
I went to graduate school to get a doctorate in clinical psychology because I wanted to help people. And I loved it—the depth of understanding human behavior, the art of holding space, the skill of truly listening. But something was missing. Psychology gave me an incredible foundation for working with people—how to ask the right questions, how to sit with someone in their pain, how to create a treatment plan that actually serves them. But it wasn't hands-on enough. I wanted to give people tools they could take home. Practices to help them continue to heal in their everyday life. So I kept looking.
When I learned about Ayurveda, it felt like coming home. Here was an ancient, elegant system that understood the beautiful interplay between body, mind and spirit. A system that honored individuality, rhythm, and the wisdom of nature. I went to school and studied it rigorously—and I continue to. Ayurveda is vast, and I love that there's always more to learn, more to integrate, more to offer.
But I kept feeling called toward something else, something I wasn’t aware of yet. Then I met someone extraordinary who offered to teach me the fundamentals of energy work. She pointed me toward a school where I could continue my studies in clairvoyant healing, and for the last few years, I've been immersed in that world. I can genuinely say, without hyperbole, that it has changed my life.
Learning to work with energy has broadened the way I conceptualize things and has deepened everything I do. It's given me a way to help people release what isn't theirs to carry and reclaim the parts of themselves they thought were lost.
Healing isn't one-size-fits-all. And it's not a linear process.
The way I work with people is genuinely holistic—not in the buzzword sense, but in the truest meaning of the word. I look at your body, mind, and spirit through multiple lenses: Ayurvedic, psychological, energetic, clairvoyant. I draw from traditions that have been healing people for thousands of years, and I weave them together in ways that are creative, unusual, and responsive to the person in front of me.
I've also walked this path myself. I've searched for healing across modalities because I've needed it. I've dealt with injuries, health conditions, burnout, and the exhaustion that comes from giving too much of yourself away. I know what it's like to feel disconnected from your own body, your own energy, your own essence. And I know what it takes to come back.
When you work with me, you're not working with someone who's figured it all out and is handing you recommendations from on high. You're working with someone who's walking this path alongside you—someone who understands that healing is ongoing, that self-care is a practice, and that reclaiming your energy is life changing.
I live on a small farm where I take care of our animals (14 currently) and tend to fruit trees and gardens. This isn't just a lifestyle choice—it's part of how I stay grounded in my work. Healing can sometimes feel abstract and intangible. But the truth is, it's deeply practical. Healing can happen in the rhythm of your days. The way you nourish yourself. The moments you choose to pause and breathe.
I bring groundedness to my sessions. Yes, we'll work with energy. Yes, we'll explore what your body is holding that isn't yours. But we can also talk about what you're eating, how you're sleeping, and what small shifts you can make today that will ripple out into real, lasting change.
I work with women in midlife who are learning to be their own advocates. Women who are curious about complementary medicine and are a little bit woo—but who also want practical tools and real results. Women who are tired of carrying everyone else's energy and are ready to reclaim their own.
If you're here, you're likely someone who's done a lot of inner work already. You've read the books, tried the therapies, maybe even dipped a toe into energy healing or Ayurveda. But something's still missing. You're still exhausted. Still giving more than you have.
Through our work together, we’ll explore ways of taking care of yourself that feel sustainable. You'll receive healings designed to support your body in releasing what it's been holding—old patterns, other people's emotions, the weight of expectations that were never yours to begin with. And you'll start to remember who you are beneath all of it. Your own miraculous, luminous self.
